90 x 45 LVL F17 H2S

90 x 45 LVL F17 H2S is a standard-profile engineered LVL section offering higher bending strength than F11 grade in the same familiar 90 x 45 framing size. H2S treatment protects against borer and termite attack in enclosed, above-ground conditions, making it suitable for lintels, trimmers and load-bearing framing members.

Because it shares dimensions with standard sawn framing timber, it’s easy to integrate into existing framing schedules while giving the straightness and higher strength rating that LVL construction provides. A solid choice where F11 doesn’t quite meet the engineered load requirement.
