140 x 45 MGP10 is machine graded structural pine suited to mid-span framing work such as floor joists, rafters and ceiling battens. MGP10 grading (AS/NZS 1748) means every length has been mechanically tested for stiffness and strength, so you get consistent, predictable performance across a build rather than the variability of visually graded timber.

This section is a common choice where spans are moderate and the timber will stay dry and protected — internal framing, mezzanine floors and light roof structures.
